City Park Bridal Session – Bailey

Bailey is a girl that knows what she wants!   From the moment she contacted me last year to book her wedding and knew immediately where she wanted to take her engagement photos, to knowing exactly where she wanted her bridals and then the vision she had for her wedding – she has pulled it all together seamlessly.  Ross and Bailey’s wedding at Ormond Plantation this weekend was beautiful and so much fun!  You’ll see how the fall vibes of the wedding were carried through not only in her bridal portraits but even back to her engagement session last summer!

For her bridal session, Bailey wanted photos in the more wooded area of City Park, more specifically on Scout Island, but we weren’t able to get over to the actual island because the gates were closed.   So we stuck to the areas next to the lake, which was more natural and overgrown than the more manicured parts of the park.   I really loved having so many options for framing and foreground compositions!   It was fun to be in a new area where I could really get creative!   Bailey had some ideas of her own as well, which are always fun to incorporate.

You also have to scroll to the end to see Bailey in her mom’s dress!   Along for the bridal session ride was her mom, Dawn, as well as one of her bridesmaids, Kaitlin.   I should have known from this session that Bailey’s wedding would be an awesome party and it didn’t disappoint!   Wedding photos to come really soon!
