Wedding at The Foundry – Ashley and Aaron

What a night!  Ashley and Aaron’s wedding at The Foundry was so much fun!   The entire day, from prep to ceremony and reception all took place at The Foundry.   I loved using the upstairs area to do detail photos, especially since Ashley chose The Foundry for its rustic indoor aesthetic.   All the photos have the same aesthetic and flow so nicely together!

Ashley and her girls got ready in the upstairs area of The Foundry, which is so convenient.  Having everything in one place really helps with relaxing on the day of.  There’s no worry about transportation or running late to the ceremony!   And Ashley seemed so calm and relaxed the whole day, even though there were a couple of things that happened that could have really disturbed that calmness!

As you can see from the photos, the whole day was uniquely tailored to Ashley and Aaron.  From Ashley’s gorgeous wedding gown, which was accented with black applique to the guys’ burgundy suits – everything fit the dark and moody aesthetic they were going for.   The Foundry was definitely the perfect venue choice!

After their ceremony and first dance, Ashley and Aaron had a big announcement for their guests.   They are expecting a baby boy!  It was so fun to capture all of the reactions of their family and friends when they announced this news!

Once all of the main events were over, Aaron told the DJ to crank up the music and leave it that way for the rest of the night.   Their family and friends had a blast, staying on the dance floor for the remainder of the evening.   This was definitely a fun group of people and not the first time I got to hang out with them!   A few years ago, I photographed Tori and Lance’s wedding, who were Ashley and Aaron’s best man and matron of honor!   This group of friends was just as fun then as they were last weekend!

Congratulations Ashley and Aaron – I cannot wait to capture your growing family!
