Joanne and Curtis’s wedding at Ellendale Country Club was a truly special occasion celebrating a new chapter of life for them, surrounded by their beloved families. As a wedding photographer, I had the incredible privilege of capturing this intimate celebration, a testament to love and strong family ties.
The venue was decorated in classic blue and white, incorporating stunning pieces from Joanne’s collection and stunning florals by Ever Designs. The ceremony was held underneath the majestic line of oak trees that line the driveway of Ellendale.
Photographing Joanne and Curtis’ vows at sunset, with the groom’s son, Pastor Chad, officiating and the bride’s grandchildren standing by their side, was a true highlight. After the ceremony, this special moment was captured in a large family photo, blending the two families together.
A particularly touching moment was their first dance, featuring the bride’s grandson and his guitar. This added such a wonderful, personal touch to the celebration, creating a memorable experience. An emotional speech from the bride’s son also added depth to the celebration as he shared anecdotes and well-wishes.
As the night unfolded, the couple’s children, grandchildren, and friends danced the night away, celebrating the union of the two families.
It was such an honor to be part of such a meaningful wedding at Ellendale Country Club and I’m grateful to have preserved these precious moments for Joanne, Curtis, and their families. I pray that their love continues to flourish and inspire for years to come!
