Quinlan’s Senior Session | Rural Life Museum in Baton Rouge

Some sessions just hit a little deeper—and this one was a full-circle moment in every way. I’ve known Quinlan her whole life. Her mom and I were best friends in high school—practically inseparable back then—and we even took some of our senior photos together. So to be the one behind the camera for her daughter’s senior session? That’s the kind of thing that makes this job incredibly meaningful.

We photographed Quinlan’s session at the Rural Life Museum in Baton Rouge, which was the perfect location for the look she wanted. She had her heart set on something rustic, and the weathered textures, wooden structures, and tree-lined paths gave us exactly that warm, timeless vibe.

Quinlan is one of those people who seems to do everything—and somehow does it all with grace. She’s been deeply involved throughout high school, from volleyball to powerlifting, all while excelling academically. She graduated with top honors, is a member of the National Honor Society, and was named Optimus Optimorum, an award given to the most outstanding student in her graduating class. On top of all that, she’s also a skilled baker—seriously, is there anything this girl can’t do?

And beyond all her accomplishments, she is just the sweetest soul. Kind, humble, and full of light.

Quinlan will be heading off to Rhodes College this fall, and I have no doubt she’ll bring the same determination, warmth, and excellence to this next chapter.

Quinlan, I’m so proud of you—and so honored to have captured this milestone for you and your family. Watching you grow up and now getting to celebrate you in this season was truly a gift.

Senior sessions are about more than just photos—they’re about celebrating who you are and all you’ve accomplished. Let’s plan a session that tells your story!
