With their wedding just a few months away in the fall, I loved getting to spend time with Sara and Anthony during their engagement session in Morgan City! We started at Lawrence Park, where the beautiful trees gave us the perfect setting for some classic portraits, and then wandered over to the riverfront for a few more relaxed moments before sunset.

Sara and Anthony are such a fun, laid-back couple—and you can tell how much they love each other just by the way they laugh together. The whole session had a calm, joyful vibe that made it so easy to capture them being them.

At the very end of the session, Sara changed into a pair of Bluey tennis shoes, just for a few photos. Why? Because their 1-year-old son is obsessed with Bluey—and that little personal touch was the sweetest nod to their family.  I cannot wait to meet their sweet boy, Oliver, on their wedding day!

I love when couples find ways to make their session feel unique and meaningful, and this one was filled with love, laughter, and just the right touch of whimsy. I can’t wait to celebrate with them again this October when they say “I do!”
