Every now and then, a session reminds me exactly why I love what I do—and this Mom & Me Beach Mini with Kayla and her kids was one of those moments.

I’ve been photographing this family for over a decade—since Hudson was a newborn—and have had the honor of documenting each of her babies through their first year. Watching them grow and capturing their milestones along the way has been such a gift. This family is so special to me, and getting to freeze these sweet moments of Kayla with her kids was truly a joy.

Kayla, you are such a beautiful mama—inside and out. Watching you with your babies and capturing the love you have for each one of them was such an honor. I hope these images forever remind you of how deeply you’re loved, and how precious these in-between moments truly are – no matter how crazy and hectic every day life can be.
