This session was a recent favorite—Nora’s one-year milestone was everything I love about photographing littles: joyful, chaotic in the best way, and full of personality!

I hadn’t seen Nora since her newborn session, so it was such a treat to see her again as a wiggly, giggly toddler! Mama leaned all the way into the light, white, and bright look for this session (one of my favorite styles!), and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The soft tones and simple setup made every expression pop and kept the focus right where it belongs—on sweet Nora.

She didn’t want to stay still for long (as one-year-olds rarely do!), crawling away any chance she got. But right behind the scenes was her big brother, cheering her on, making silly faces, and keeping her laughing the entire time. You could feel how much he adores her, and it was just the sweetest thing to watch unfold.

This family is so special, and I’m already looking forward to seeing them again very soon—a new baby is on the way, and I can’t wait to capture even more memories for them.
