I’m so excited to be photographing this family for another year!  The first time I met Stefanie and Danny was in New Orleans for their engagement session and then their wedding.  It’s been a lot of fun working with them throughout the years so I was thrilled to find out Stefanie was pregnant again and having a baby girl this time!   Big brother Alexander is such a cutie and was always so fun to take photos of, so I can’t wait to see Piper grow and change over the next year.

Look how proud Alexander was to take photos with his baby sister!  He did so well – each session I see him for, he gets better and better at picture taking!  Piper was my first young newborn since January and was such a perfect little model for me.  For a little while, we weren’t sure we would even be able to do Piper’s session.  Stefanie’s maternity session was just a day or two before we were shut down – I’m so glad we were able to fit that in!   And Piper was born not long before I was able to start shooting again, so it all worked out perfectly!  I also love being able to compare sibling newborn sessions.   Check out Alexander’s newborn session from 3 years ago – Piper does favor her big brother!
