Aubree is one already!  You may remember this beautiful girl as a newborn with her tons of black hair or from her 6 month session not that long ago.   She is just the cutest little thing with the most adorable expressions!  And boy does she love her mama!  Only mama could get those adorable, squishy smiles and giggles out of her and I’m so happy I captured so many of them!

Aubree’s birthday party was candyland themed so we decided to use this theme for her cake smash as well.  I prefer simpler setups so I didn’t want it to be overwhelming and decided to try my hand at creating a balloon arch.  I love how this set came out and thought it went perfectly with Aubree’s outfit!  The poor cake – Randa, I’m still so sorry for knocking it over!  The cake was sitting on my desk and got knocked off by my light when I moved it.  I tried to smooth it out as best as I could but it should have looked much nicer!  Aubree definitely didn’t care what it looked like, though, she enjoyed every bite!
