It was so awesome to meet this beautiful family and to learn part of the story of how they began.  Sierra and Josh met at a church retreat several years ago and now they  have this gorgeous family!  They are absolutely the sweetest and I enjoyed every second of photographing not only sweet tiny Quinn but her big sister Emery as well, who was just amazing to photograph.   She is going to be the absolute best big sister ever!

Not only did we talk about how Sierra and Josh met, but we also talked about our mutual love for all things Harry Potter.  When Sierra messaged me the day before the session, hoping it wasn’t too late to add in a Harry Potter set, I was so excited.  I always love putting these together and I try to make each one unique.  My favorite part is adding the “magic” during the editing stage – I just love how they all turned out!

In addition to the HP set, we did a Christmas setup because this sweet girl was born just days before Christmas and she made the perfect little Christmas baby!  I was also super thrilled when Sierra requested my green leaves backdrop – this just turned out to be a dream newborn session!

I will be seeing this sweet family in a year for Quinn’s one year session and I can’t wait!
