This session was extra special because Austin is family—he’s my husband’s cousin’s sweet baby boy! I’ve also photographed his big brother, Adam, but this time, Adam made it very clear that he wasn’t interested in joining us. 😂 Mom and Dad said he decided to sit this one out, so Austin got to soak up all the attention!
At first, Austin was a little shy, and when the tears started, I think we all got a little nervous. But after a quick bottle and a little reset, this precious boy was all smiles! He was so sweet, and his big personality really started to shine. I love when babies warm up and show off their little expressions—it makes for the cutest milestone photos!
What made Austin’s session even more special is that it reflects the style I am moving towards for all of my sessions. I absolutely love the simplicity and timeless feel of a monochromatic setup—solid backdrops that match the clothing, soft neutral tones, and minimal props. Every outfit from Austin’s session was from my client closet, making the process stress-free for his parents while ensuring a cohesive, classic look that keeps the focus right where it belongs—on baby.
