Oh my goodness, sweet little Logan and his beautiful big sisters, Layla and Brielle!  This is another family that I have watched grow over the years since Holly and Philip’s engagement session and wedding almost 10 years ago!  Way back then, Philip took engagement photos in his Marine uniform and once Layla and Brielle came along, we incorporated his late father’s American Flag and dog tags in their newborn sessions.  We were supposed to do the same thing for Logan’s newborn session but he came along right at the start of the pandemic which meant no newborn photos.  I was able to capture a few images of him at home meeting his big sister’s for the first time and finally, 6 months later, I got him into the studio.  When I saw the red outfit that mom picked for him, I knew I’d have to bring in my flag background as a nod to what we would have done for his newborn photos.

This little guy had me cracking up the whole session with his super serious, super inquisitive looks.  Those big brown eyes are going to melt hearts for the rest of his life and he is so very loved by his big sisters!  I just love the fall tones of their outfits – I’m so ready for cooler weather!  I loved working with all of them again and I’m looking forward to Logan’s one year session next year!
