Mary and Orry will be getting married in just a little over a month!   They are such a sweet couple and even though I don’t think I quite have Orry on my side yet, I’m confident I’ll get there by the wedding day.   We met in Frankin for their engagement session at The Fairfax House on a beautiful Friday afternoon.

Mary and Orry’s wedding will be held in this same location next month.  I’ve been to Fairfax House many times over the years – for everything from wedding preps and bridal sessions to maternity sessions and everything in between but I’ve never actually photographed a wedding here.   It’s such a beautiful property and I’m very much looking forward to it.   Especially because Mary and Orry will be finding out the gender of their baby during the cake cutting!  A couple of years ago, I had a bride and groom do a gender reveal using the garter toss and it was so sweet and memorable – such an amazing moment to capture!  This time, the wedding cake will reveal whether they are having a boy or a girl – so exciting!
